At Euna Aesthetics, we take your time, and ours seriously. Due to the customized nature of our services, last-minute cancellations cannot reliably be filled. Out of respect for our providers’ time and livelihood, and to ensure every client receives the individualized attention they deserve, our 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy is strictly enforced.
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This policy applies to all appointments without exception.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the $50 or $100 deposit that is collected when booking. If we are unable to process a cancellation fee, payment of this cancellation fee will be required before booking future services.
All deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
To secure your appointment at the time of booking, a deposit is required for all services.
Appointments 30 minutes or less require a $50 deposit.
Appointments longer than 30 minutes require a $100 deposit.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service at the time of your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, then your deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee under our cancellation policy.
Please note that your appointment is not fully confirmed until the deposit has been received.
If you have any questions regarding this policy or need assistance with booking, our team will be happy to help.
Our goal is to provide a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for all patients, so we ask that you not bring children to your appointments when possible. Any children under the age of 12 must be attended by an adult who will not be achieving treatment. Any additional persons, other than the patient treated, are not allowed back into the treatment or consult rooms, and must stay in the waiting area.
