Electronics Policy

For the comfort of all, please mute cellular phones and laptops, and please take phone calls outside of the office. To ensure patient privacy, please refrain from taking any pictures that include other patients at Euna Aesthetics.

Children and Additional Visitors Policy

Our goal is to provide a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for all patients, so we ask that you not bring children to your appointments when possible. Any children under the age of 12 must be attended by an adult who will not be achieving treatment. Any additional persons, other than the patient treated, are not allowed back into the treatment or consult rooms, and must stay in the waiting area. Please feel free to call our office to communicate any challenges you may have to this policy.

Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A $50 deposit is required at the time of appointment booking. If you complete the service you are booked for, the $50 deposit will then be credited towards the treatment you completed when checking out. Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for you appointment. If less than a 24-hour notice is given when rescheduling or canceling an appointment, the $50 deposit will then be applied to the cancellation fee of $50.
