Ali Weiss

Alexandra “Ali” Weiss is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over twelve years of experience in the aesthetics world. Her background spans plastic surgery, dermatology, intensive care, and medical aesthetics, giving her a well-rounded, thoughtful approach to patient care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The Catholic University of America and began her career in primary care and dermatology before discovering her true passion in aesthetics.

Ali has trained extensively in lasers, dermal fillers, neurotoxins, biostimulators, hormone replacement therapy, and medical-grade skincare. She is deeply committed to ongoing education and regularly attends national conferences and advanced trainings to stay current with the latest techniques. She has also completed multiple cadaver dissection courses; an experience that significantly enhanced her precision, safety, and patient outcomes.

Above all, Ali prioritizes patient experience and patient safety. She believes great results start with trust, education, and a personalized plan that makes patients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

Ali lives in Annapolis, MD with her husband and three children, in the same neighborhood where she grew up. When she’s not at work or with her family, she loves trying local restaurants and strolling through farmers markets. Fun fact: her husband actually proposed at one.
